These terms apply when you use forebrite.com or book a call with Forebrite (, “we”, “us”). If you do not agree to them, please do not use the site or book a call.
Use the site lawfully and fairly. Do not try to break, overload or get unauthorised access to it, use bots on it without our written permission, or send us anything harmful. The content on the site belongs to us or our licensors and may not be copied or reused without our written permission.
Reply to your confirmation email to change the time or cancel. Please give us as much notice as you can, so someone else can use the time. If we need to move the call we will tell you as soon as we can and offer another time. If you do not turn up and do not tell us, we may ask you to book again.
Coaching, workshops, sprints and builds are separate services with their own price and booking steps. The price and the cancellation rule are shown when you book, for example free to cancel or change a coaching session up to 24 hours before it starts. A build or an ongoing service is covered by a written agreement we both accept, which wins over these terms where they differ.
We handle the information you give us as set out in our privacy policy.
We take care with what we do, but the site and the free call are provided as they are. The consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law and any other rights that cannot be excluded still apply. Beyond that, and to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit or lost data arising from your use of the site or the call.
We may update these terms. The new version applies from the date at the top of this page.
These terms are governed by the law of New South Wales, Australia, and the courts of New South Wales have jurisdiction.
